Emmanuel, a man with a passion for adventure, has always dreamed of a life off the beaten track. After a successful start to his career as a technical manager in medical imaging, in 2017 he felt the need to reinvent himself.

Drawing on his experience, he made the bold decision to embark on a career change and began training to become a captain. He obtained his license in 2019 and offered his services two months a year alongside his stable job, which he left at the end of 2024 to become an entrepreneur.

In 2025, with determination, he founded his own company, MakiCata Cruises, and became a shipowner with the acquisition of his BALI 4.3 catamaran.

This new professional adventure allowed him to share his passion for the sea, Corsica, its coastline, and its gastronomy.
